Acts 13:36
For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep and was laid with his fathers and saw corruption,
One question❔ that is usually left unanswered by many people in life is this one right here, "what is your purpose in Life?". Most people today, young👨👧 and old👴👵 either have no idea what their purpose or assignment is, or have given up on it and settled for a job💼. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with getting a job💼, what's wrong❌ is making your job your destination🏁 and neglecting that one thing that warrants your being on earth🌎.
The opening scripture📖 tells🗣 us about a man David who accomplished God's purpose in his time⏳. My question to you is, what did God need to be done inthe earth🌎 that necessitated your being created. Do you know what it is, and are you accomplishing it❔. Paul said, I have finished my COURSEand Jesus said IT is finished, both having a very precise sense💭 of a course that was theirs. Are you here to get a job💼, pay bills📑, build a house or two🏠 and die💀 or you are here to fulfill a divine agenda that sets you apart, and leave a legacy fulfilling it.
I challenge you today to look beyond your job💼 and family👨👩👧👧, and reconnect with the inner inclination that seems to push you to do bigger and greater things🏗🌐. The edge to solve a certain societal problem might be God's way of communicating His purpose. Will you answer the call📞?
