Victorious youth ministry is an exuberant youth ministry of Mount Horeb Victorious Church international. Oppong Mensah is the International Youth Director of Mount Horeb Victorious Church International, A consultant,educationist, an author and A motivational speaker. He had his training at Trinity theological seminary, An Author of many books, One of which is approved by G.E.S. for all S.H.S. A former tutor of Presec Legon. He also lectures as a senior course Tutor in University Of Cape Coast.

All participants must register to enable them have their Identification Cards and Youth Camp 2015 badge, that will be used to allocate seats at the auditorium. The registration fee is GH ₵5.00 per head.
