Mimesis Christou (Greek for 'imitation of Christ') is a discipleship ministry with a mission to intentionally disciple and mentor young people to be effective, faithful followers of Jesus Christ. n 1st December, 2014 also as a discipleship writing ministry but with a focus on correcting the misinterpretation and misapplication of scriptures and false practices in Christianity). A year later, the increased burden to see many young people commit to the Lord and escape the temptations of the world led to discussions with Mrs Patience G. Okyere Asante to fully establish a discipleship organisation. The name Mimesis Christou was maintained as it reflected the mission of the organisation to intentionally disciple and mentor young people to be effective, faithful followers of Jesus Christ. With its new structure, the organisation was officially launched on 7th March, 2016 by Dr Esi Ansah, Founding Partner & CEO of Axis Human Capital.
