A soul without conscience is like food without taste, it will sustain the body with life but with no fulfillment. Let your conscience guide you in everything you do.

Everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial.

One thing cannot be relegated in our quest to gain victory in all areas of all possible human preparations; the God factor.

With God on our side, we shall triumph irrespective of the happenings. In all your ways, acknowledge and trust Him, and you will never be confounded.

*PREPARE WELL TODAY*

The viability of your seed would ultimately determine the quantum of your harvest. If a farmer fails to plant his seeds during seed time or planting time, he ultimately forfeits the condition of harvesting, because he didn't plant anything.

*"While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.” (Genesis 8:22)*

Regardless of the intensity of rainfall and the favorable weather condition today, he can't harvest anything tomorrow because of the failure to plant today.

In line with this, there is the need for you to apply every struggle, pressure and exertion in developing your capacity today to handle challenges of life in order to enjoy and stay on top tomorrow. If you fail to prepare today, you only prepare to fail tomorrow.

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow once said *"The heights by great men reached and kept were not attained by sudden flight, but they while their companions slept, were toiling upward in the night.”*

Please understand that life is not a sprint, it is a marathon. Things won't happen overnight, they will happen over time.

So it's incumbent on us not to give up early if the results are not as expected, but to keep working hard with our ultimate trust in God who makes things beautiful in His own time.

You shall be visited at the right time.

Hope anchors the soul and nourishes you for the future. Your steps in life depend on where your anchor is.

In all life's ups and downs, nothing is lost as you make God your hope. The only regret in life is giving up.

*WHO IS YOUR AARON OR HUR?*

In *Exodus 17,* the Israelites were confronted with a fierce battle from the Amalekites. Moses instructed Joshua and the men to fight as he interceded for them on the mountain by the lifting of hands to God.

It took Aaron and Hur to hold Moses' hands till the end of the battle when he grew weak. *"But Moses' hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun." (Exodus 17:12)*

We need the "Aarons and Hurs" to support us irrespective of our position and stature in life. We cannot do everything at the same time. They stand with us by providing physical, spiritual, and emotional assistance to us during our lowest and weakest times in life.

Their support goes a long way to ensure our success in various areas of life. May God bless such people in our lives, and even connect us to more of them.

*TRUST YOURSELF*

The way we deal with challenges greatly influences how we feel about ourselves and our lives. When we face challenges with courage, we trust ourselves and the creator that we will get through them.

Once we tell our mind that there is a way, our mind doesn't stop until it has found a way. Don't doubt yourself even if the challenge seems too big. You are always stronger than the challenge; you just need to trust.

*THE GREAT HELPER*

A great famine besieged Samaria to the extent that parents ate their children. A woman cried to the king for help as a result of unfair treatment meted her.

*"As the king of Israel was passing by on the wall, a woman cried to him, "Help me, my lord, the king" The king replied, "If the LORD does not help you, where can I get help for you? From the threshing floor? From the winepress?" (2 Kings 6:26-27)*

In life, the help of man is limited based on time, circumstances, etc whiles God's help is unlimited. The King recognized his limits and hence referred the woman to God, as the ultimate helper.

Our God is able to help us in times like this where the global economy keeps worsening and other situations beyond us.

What are those issues posing as threats and rendering you sleepless nights?

Just lift your eyes to the heavens in faith, and God who is the help of the helpless is always ready to come in for victory.

May God help us as we look up to Him in this tough moments.

*ABUNDANCE OF RAIN*

The changes in weather patterns teach us an important life lesson: there are times and seasons for everything.

Harmattan is associated with dry season where the ground becomes dry; making it difficult for some plant species to survive. Rain from the Heaven is enough to avert all these for plant species to become fresh and well looking again.

Your life might have been experiencing some serious harmattan for the past years; causing things to be hard after countless efforts. But be assured that it's just a matter of time, and irrespective of how long the land persists in dryness, there shall be rains from Heaven in no time to avert any form of dryness, difficulties, struggles, etc and refresh every aspect for life to bounce back in victory.

Be prepared and keep trusting God in times like this. The rains shall surely come.
