COVER HER project 2017

On the 23rd of February 2017 around 12:30pm, I met a young girl of school going age in Accra, she was in tears after she was sacked out of class by a teacher because she was in her period (menstruation) and wasn't probably covered ,getting her self stained
The young girl explained her parents couldn't afford sanitary pad for her during her period, sadden by HER story I took it upon myself to provide sanitary pad to this young girl. After our meeting I was shocked to hear her story this girl lives in the city, how much more those in our villages. I was inspired to start The Cover HER initiative, to provide free Sanitary Pad to every girl. Please I personally invite you to join me on this journey. You will only understand if you have ever been in such a situation before
