Good evening brethren, l praised God for His protection and His leadership by the Holy Spirit in today's visit and christian witness in both the female and male prisons.
The road from Amasaman to the round about to carve to Nsawam is not to comment about, very bad, despite all these challenges, the Angels of God were with me, hallelujah!.
I was joined by two others from the Kuntunse District, prison team first in the GA Mission Field, we visited the female yard, first to share God's Word to 35 female prisoners with six prison officers.
We completed the series of lessons in the "Steps to Spiritual Maturity'', today, l reviewed briefly the four other lessons and finally l dealt with the fifth lesson with the subject on "God's Guidance.
I read as introduction from Genesis 45:4-7 and emphasis on the background on how Joseph was sold and later was put into prison, by Pharaoh, the Egyptian king. This was in the plans of God to preserve Israel remenats on the earth vers 7 of Genesis 45, l also read from Romans 8:28 which says, that all things work to gather for the good to those who are called by God through Christ Jesus. I entreated them that God keeps His promises and He also guides our life's Hebrews 13:5 b, and that God is everywhere and see all that concern us.
I challenged them with how God's favor was upon Joseph in the Egyptian prison with and the prison officers trusting some of the leadership of the surveillance of inmates under his care, while he was serving his prison sentence.
I asked them to obey God's Word and always to attend the christian gathering at any given time in the prison, they should also obey the prison officers and not to disobey their instructions, by so doing, God's guidance over their life will be evident.
I finally encouraged them that they should not underestimate themselves for God has a plan in their imprisonment, that one day they will understand why God sent them to serve in prison, like that of Joseph.
They were so much excited with me and the two others, clapping and praising God, saying 'it's well' with them.
We prayed and l share the benediction of God with them.
I left with the two to visit mens prison yard, to meeting with the education officer in command, we discussed about our KG class and how to strengthen it, he assisted us to follow up and encourage one of our student who may have his graduation from Rabonni Bible School in the prison.
I presented a black trouser and white shirt to him to use during the graduation and tip the (him) inmate some Ghana cedis.
I and the two parted and departed our different ways.
Thank you for your prayer and financial support.
May God richly bless you, Amen.
To God be the glory.
