Excerpt from Open Heavens Devotional 23 March 2021)

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. – James 4:8

When you stop spending time with God, stop reading His word daily, stop praying passionately from your heart, stop sharing Jesus, or being with other believers you are gradually drawing far from God. When you focus more on self, sin creeps in and we move away from Him.

Prayer - Father, please remove far from me whatever is drawing me far from You.
