Luke 15:11-32 (NIV)
The Parable of the Prodigal Son tells the story of a son who leaves his father, wastes everything he has, and ends up lost and broken. But when he decides to return home, his father welcomes him back with love, grace, and open arms.
This parable reminds us that no matter how far we go, God’s love never changes. He is always ready to forgive, restore, and receive us back when we turn to Him. It’s a story about repentance, mercy, and the unconditional love of the Father.
Key Verse — Luke 15:20 (NIV)
“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.”
