There are warnings of extreme heat for the coming Monday and Tuesday. Wanstrow Church will be open as a refuge where everyone is welcome to come and cool down and enjoy some liquid refreshment on Monday 18th July from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Churches around the world have declared today as a day of Prayer for Ukraine. Please join us in praying for peace, mercy and hope in this desperate situation.

We have set up a prayer station in church - please feel free to drop in any time. The church is open 9-5 each day.

Holy God of peace and justice, we pray for the people of Ukraine and for an immediate end to the conflict. Please bring comfort, safety and provision for those fleeing the war or trapped in their homes. We pray for wisdom for political leaders, and we pray that in this darkness you would shine a light. Amen
