Services and Events this weekend

Saturday 12th September - Traditional Craft Exhibition in Trefnant Church, 11am-3pm. Lots of traditional crafts to view and talk with their creators. Some items for sale. Have a go at some of the crafts. Free entry.

Sunday 13th September - Back to School Sunday!
Bring your backpack, lunch bag or work briefcase to be blessed ready for the new academic year.
9:30am Trefnant - this will be a family friendly service with activities to keep youngsters engaged.
11:15am Tremeirchion - this will be part of a more traditional Eucharist service.

We are absolutely delighted to be able to announce that due to very generous funding from the National Churches Trust and the Wolfson Foundation, that we now able to repoint the West Wall of Holy Trinity, Trefnant. Their support has been invaluable in ensuring that this work can take place. If you have been in the building in the last couple of years you will no doubt be aware how necessary this work is.
We would like to thank all our funders who also include the Benefact Trust, St Asaph Diocese as well as donations from the local community, for their generosity which ensures that the fabric of the building will be secured for future generations.

11:15am All age worship service in Tremeirchion led by our worship leader and organist Barry. Music will be Colours of Day and we will be learning a new song called Cornerstone.

Saturday 12th September in Holy Trinity Trefnant
11am-3pm Traditional Craft Exhibition - meet craftspeople and watch how they do their crafts - lace making, spinning, hand-made Tudor style wedding dress, latch hook rugs etc. Some items for sale. Learn how to crochet a poppy/latch hook a poppy for our Remembrance Day poppy display. Home made cakes.
Entry free but donations towards the upkeep of the church welcomed.

Golden Hours had a 'Holiday at Home' today in the The Salusbury Arms Community Pub with lots of different activities on offer. If you are interested in joining the group do drop us a message for more information. They usually meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
