About 600 years before Jesus, Ezekiel received a word from the Lord which speaks of the gift of the Spirit. It is a magnificent piece full of well-wrought phrases and uplifting vision. And it, too, adds to our understanding of the day of Pentecost.

I will take you from the nations, and gather you from all the countries.
I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleannesses.
A new heart I will give you, and put a new spirit within you.
And I will remove from your body the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
You shall be my people, and I will be your God.

There are Communion services in all 4 of our churches - suitable for all (children and adults) - and chocolate eggs afterwards
