The church will be open for Open Doors in collaboration with Cadw.
The bell ringers will be in the bell tower from 10:00–12:00 and again from 14:00–16:00.
Ever wondered how church bells are rung and what goes on behind the scenes? Come and visit our bell tower and discover how it’s done!
St Paul's Church, Sketty, was consecrated in 1850, and built by Henry Woodyer for the Vivian family. Other leading industrialists of the time also contributed to the fabric of the church, which is a fine example of a mid-Victorian church.

Visits can be self-guided or led by volunteers who will show people around. Teas and coffees will be served in the adjacent parish centre.

A wonderful day of celebration at St Paul’s!
Last Sunday (23/08/2026) at St Paul’s Church, we had the great joy of celebrating the baptism of Ginty.
Surrounded by family, friends and our church community, we prayed for Ginty’s journey of faith and for God’s love and guidance to be with him throughout his life.
We wish Ginty and his family every blessing for the years ahead. May he always know that he is loved by God. ❤️🙏
