One week on from our Open Day, we're still buzzing! Thanks to everyone who supported us - we raised around £1200! Thank you!

Also we've found a pair of sunglasses. They have now been put at the back of the church by the information leaflets on the right as you go through the internal doors.

It's today! Open Day begins at 10. Stephen the Rector has been up the tower to check everything before visitors arrive. Here's a few photos to whet your appetite! Which views can you recognise?

It's nearly here! Our Church Open Day is TOMORROW! Saturday 26 September, from 10am. Do pop in to see the photographic and art exhibitions. Why not go on a Tower Tour for just £3 (don't forget your camera and binoculars!), and have some refreshments? There's also a BBQ, and children's activity!
We also have information about our project to upgrade the (very ancient!) heating system, and install LED lights, which will make us warmer, brighter and greener!

We're gearing up for our Open Day on Saturday! The bunting's up, the signs outside are up! So come along between 10.00am and 2.00 pm. Tower Tours, BBQ, photographic and art exhibitions, children's activities and refreshments.

Have you ever wondered what the view is like from the top of the church tower? Well, we're having an Open Day on Saturday 26 September, where Tower Tours will be one attraction! Come and along join us for a variety of things. Details on the poster.
We will be having an exhibition explaining our plans for a new heating and lighting system. The existing heating has been passed it best for a very long time. We need to update it before it packs up! Come and find out what we're planning, and how you can help.

It was lovely that on this Mothering Sunday, the day started better than it's finishing (bright and sunny, before the gloom, wind and rain pulled in!).
We had a lovely service this morning, with potted flowers given out, and also the opportunity to light a memory candle for those who wanted to. We prayed for those for whom this day is difficult, perhaps due to not being able to have children, or being a single parent, or having lost one's mother - there are many reasons why it might be a hard day, but we marked it together, giving thanks to God that whatever our circumstances, he loves and cares for us. And afterwards, we enjoyed the delicious, traditional simnel cake 🍰

Don't forget our family friendly Christingle service on Christmas Eve at 4.00pm!

Who loves a Christingle service? We do, and we'd love for you to come and join us at 4pm on Christmas Eve! No need to book, just turn up with your children to enjoy the Christmas story, some carols and best of all, a Christingle!

As Christmas Eve fast approaches, we have two service options for you: a family friendly Christingle at 4.00pm, and a more traditional Midnight Holy Communion, which starts at 11.15pm. We look forward to seeing you!
