April has been a fantastic month for SUTTONfx, full of growth, connection, and encouragement.

The Chatty Café has been thriving, with many new faces joining us alongside our regular community, and some special moments, including a live broadcast with Andy Action from St Helier Hospital Radio and a visit from the Volunteer Centre, which offered health checks. We were also pleased to take part in the Interfaith Showcase organised by Community Action Sutton, sharing our work and building new connections across Sutton.

We are delighted to have received a £1,400 grant from the Sutton Community Fund via Sutton Council, helping us expand our Community Garden work and support more young people with SEND. The Dr George Rice Community Garden itself is really starting to flourish thanks to the hard work of volunteers and students.
