Baby dedication is a special moment where parents present their child before God and the church, committing to raise them in faith. It’s not baptism but a declaration that parents will teach their child about Jesus and guide them in His ways. The church also commits to supporting and praying for the family.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” – Proverbs 22:6 (KJV).

These two wonderful families have decided that they will teach their children about the Love of God and that they will follow the Word of God. Congratulations to the DesChane and Gomez Family and their beautiful baby girls.

We had a sweet time at the men’s prayer breakfast this morning. We were fed well both with physical food and with the word of God. Thank you, Bro. Andrew for the devotion from the book of Jonah.

What a blessing it is to enter into another year, 2022 had its ups and it's downs but throughout it all, God remained and still remains faithful.

May the Lord bless your 2023. We look forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for our church in the year ahead.

Merry Christmas to all, from all of us at New Testament Baptist Church. Grateful that in our darkness, God sent us his only begotten Son as a light.

Luke 2:25-32

And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.
And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,
Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,
Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:
For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.

A lot of hard work went into it and praise the Lord, it all came together on the night. We pray that lives were touched by the gospel and through the video online, lives will continue to be touched.
