Dear Saplings Families,

Thank you so much for contributing to the joy that we all share together on Tuesday mornings.
As part of our remembering the true story of Christmas, we really appreciated (grandad) Joe ‘dressing up’ as Joseph and our very own young mum, Emma, kindly ‘being Mary’ along with her newborn baby. Our toddlers helped to ‘furnish the stable’ with straw and placed the knitted figures to represent Mary, Joseph and the visiting shepherds (who had searched and found *the baby* “lying in a manger”- just as they had been told by the angel).

We return to Saplings on *Tuesday, January 6th*. to continue the story with the visit of the wise men who had followed a 🌟 in order to see the New Born King.

Until then, we pray the blessings of Christmas to you all, and a happy new year.

At St Andrew, Wollescote, please give thanks for those who support and minister with us during our time of vacancy. Pray for God’s wisdom and guidance for those responsible for discerning God’s appointment of our next Incumbent, for unity between St Andrew and St Peter, Pedmore and also between the people of both church families.
