What a truly wonderful Easter weekend! 🐣🌷
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Easter Pop Up Café on Saturday and our Easter Service on Sunday. We definitely underestimated just how busy the café would be – but we were absolutely amazed (and very blessed!) to see every table full, so much lovely chatter, and to hear so many wonderful comments about our special spot 💬☕
It made the day even more special to see the Arts & Crafts Centre buzzing too – what a brilliant partnership we have! 🎨🤝
We then topped the weekend off perfectly with a beautiful Easter Service on Sunday, amazingly supported and full of joy, reflection and togetherness ✝️✨
Thank you for supporting us, sharing the space, and making it such a memorable Easter. We couldn’t do it without you – and we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon 💛

✨ What a way to start the Easter weekend! ✨
It was a full house at St Peter’s Centre for the AMAZING Rod Jewell’s Magic Lantern Show🌟🪄 — so lovely to see so many people enjoying such a special evening together.
Now it’s straight into Pop Up Café prep mode ☕🍰

🌟 The baking is underway! 🌟
And the weather is looking bright — what more could we ask for?
It might be a little chilly and breezy, but don’t worry… our garden is a quiet, sheltered haven, perfect for a cosy catch‑up or a tasty treat. 💛
🥣 We’ll have hot Soup and delicious Hot Beef Sarnies to warm you up, along with some gorgeous sweet and savoury bakes fresh from the kitchen!
✨ And for the very first time, we’re adding a Kid’s Meal to the menu!
We’d love for you to come along, support us, and let us know what you think.
💐 PLUS — bring your Mum (no matter how old you are!) and she’ll receive an extra little gift from us.

🌙 Wow, what a night in Staithes! 🌙

Last night, St. Peter’s Centre teamed up with The Railway Players to put on the most amazing evening for our community! After lots of hard work (and a few late nights!), we managed to turn the arts & craft centre, church, and garden into a wonderfully atmospheric venue for our very first big event — a Murder Mystery Night: “Death on the Moors – A Smugglers Tale.”

We didn’t just transform the space… we also cooked and served a three-course meal for 43 guests! 😍 All done by a small but mighty team of volunteers who absolutely love Staithes and want to make it a place where people can come together, have fun, and feel part of something special. 💛

We’re so grateful to everyone who came along, supported, and shared such lovely feedback — it really means the world to us!
