The figurative rabbit hole begins with Lewis Carroll’s 1865 classic, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. In its opening chapter, “Down the Rabbit-Hole,” Alice follows the White Rabbit into his burrow, which brings her to the strange, surreal, and nonsensical world of Wonderland. We have all had moments when we wondered if we were in that "Rabbit Hole" or if everyone else was seeing what we could see.
Rabbit hole has many metaphorical applications—from frustrating red tape to the mind-bending complexity of science to hallucinations during altered states—all united by a common sense of passing into some labyrinthine, logic-defying realm that, once entered, is hard to get out of.
One can fall down the rabbit hole of government bureaucracy, healthcare, UFOs, conspiracy theories, or quantum computers.
If you’re Neo in the hit film The Matrix, you can take the red pill—a pill that shows you the truth, as opposed to the blue pill, which keeps you in ignorance—and “see how deep the rabbit hole goes.”

Awakening stories from people who dared to go down the " Rabbit-Hole"
Have you a story of your awakening journey you would like to share? What led you to question how things seemed to be?
Have you had flying dreams? Deja Vu ? Do you Astral Travel?
There’s an expression, “deja vu”, that means that you feel like you’ve been somewhere before, that you’ve somehow already dreamed it or experienced it so clearly that you think you are going a bit crazy.
We have all experienced something like this, that what we are saying and doing has been said and done before, being surrounded by the same people, by the same faces, objects, and circumstances- and knowing exactly what will be said next and happen next.
Sound familiar ?
We are collecting stories of people’s experiences for an anthology book.
