A message to all members of St Nicholas community.
Now that Father George has left our church, the Archdiocese has informed the church committee that we will not be sent a priest for 21st and 28th June services.
However, the church will be open 9am-12 noon for private prayers, and everyone is welcome.
In the mean time, if there are any changes , the Committee will post another bulletin.
We as the committee apologise for this current situation and we hope to resolve very soon.

For those of you that did not manage to attend the service on Sunday.

Today is my last day as priest in charge of the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Nicholas. We will be leaving Southampton on Monday 15th June.

*****Announcements*****

Tomorrow (30th May) we have Saturday of the Souls.

There will be a services in the morning at church. Matins - 9am followed immediately by the Divine Liturgy.

At 3pm I will be at Holybrook Cemetery to conduct Trisagion Services.
Please contact me to book these in as I have further cemeteries to visit later that day.

Sunday 31st May is Holy Pentecost!

There are no memorials (mnimosina) during the Divine Liturgy on that day.

Also, after the Divine Liturgy we will go straight into the Vespers of the Holy Spirit which includes the Kneeling Prayers.

Monday 1st June is called Monday of the Holy Spirit.

We will have Divine Liturgy only on that day at 10am.

A blessed and fruitful Pentecost to all.
