A few months ago, after our morning prayers, I gathered my kids and made a bold declaration:

“Today is a NO SHOUTING day! Everybody, please behave yourselves and be good, obedient children.”
They all nodded innocently… “Okay mummy 😊”

Hmm.

Not even 10 minutes later, the testing began.

One spilled something. Another scattered toys everywhere. The smallest one started crying for no clear reason.

I kept reminding myself, you said no shouting today, be calm… be calm…

I corrected gently. I warned softly. I even started counting in my head like a motivational speaker 😩

But my people, that did not help my ministry that day at all.

Finally, I reached my breaking point and BOOM 💥 I shouted!

Immediately, KK, my bold and confrontational daughter looked at me and said:

“Mummy, I thought you said you won’t shout today?”

And guess what?

I replied WITH ANOTHER SHOUT 😭😂

At that point, even I knew this “no shouting” challenge had fàiled woefully.

But here’s what I learned:

Sometimes, you will set goals as a parent,You will try to be calm, patient, and composed,And still fall short.

And that’s okay.

Motherhood is not about perfection. It’s about trying again, and again… and again.

Maybe next time, I’ll make it till afternoon before shouting 😂

Who else has tried this “no shouting” challenge before? Be honest, how did it go? 😅👇

So I overheard someone on a call saying, “Do your best and leave the rest.”

And for the first time, something in me questioned it deeply…

“Leave the rest for who?”

Because the truth is,some things in life don’t respond to half effort. Some doors don’t open to “I tried.” Some results don’t come to “almost.”

And that brings me to what I need to tell you today: There are people who don’t just do their best and leave the rest…

They stay.

They push.

They stretch.

They persist.

They don’t stop when it gets tiring.

They don’t back out when it becomes uncomfortable.

They don’t settle when things are
incomplete.

They understand that consistency beats convenience.
They know that discipline will take them further than motivation ever can.

While others are “leaving the rest,”
they are working the rest.

They are figuring it out.

They are trying again.

And that is the difference.

This is not to say you shouldn’t trust God,because you absolutely should. But faith is not an excuse for passivity.
You pray… and you push.
You believe… and you build.
You trust God… and you stay committed to the process.

Because sometimes, what you’re calling “leave the rest”is actually where your breakthrough is hiding.

So today, I challenge you:
Don’t quit at “I’ve done enough.”

Don’t stop at “I tried.”

Be among those who persist.

Be among those who finish.

Be among those who go again… and again… and again… until it happens.Because in the end,
it’s not just about doing your best
It’s about becoming the person who refuses to stop. 💯

Hello queens

Do you know You can be gifted, beautiful, anointed, and still strĂťggle in life because of one thing, CHARACTER.

Let me tell you something…

Character is not what people see when you are online or in public.
Character is who you are when nobody is watching.

You can impress people with your words, your dressing, your confidence.
But it is your character that will sustain everything God gives you.

A lot of people are praying for:

Marriage.

Open doors.

Influence.

But the real question is, can your character keep it?

Because your gift will open doors for you, but your character will decide if you stay there.

Character shows in the little things:

How you talk when you are angry.

How you treat people who cannot help you.

The choices you make in secret
A good name is better than riches.
Not everything is about money, your integrity matters.

As a woman, as a queen, your true beauty is not just your face. It is your character.

So be honest.

Be consistent.

Choose what is right, not what is easy.

Today, ask yourself:

Who am I when nobody is there?

Say this simple but powerful prayer with me: Lord, build me into a woman of character 🙏
