On Sunday we celebrated Churches Count on Nature Week with a bug hunt in our Family Service! We then made animals from pipe cleaners to tell the story of Creation and thought about how we can help look after God's world 🌍 🐞🐌🐛🦋🐜🦗🪲🦟🐝

We prayed for good weather... We certainly got it! ☀️😎 "When the day of Pentecost came they were all together in one place" - and so we were! It was wonderful to come together with other churches from across the Heart of England Oversight Area for an afternoon of Pentecost Praise 🙌

Celebrate Pentecost with us tomorrow at our All-Age Communion at 9:30am. Then join us at Temple Balsall at 4pm for an outdoor service of prayer and praise with children's activities and refreshments. It's going to be hot so bring some sun cream!

That's why at St Peter's we are running The Bereavement Journey - a free 7-week support course for anyone who has lost someone.
📅 Tuesdays starting 2nd June
🕐 7:15pm - 9pm
📍 St Peter's Church

This course is open to everyone, regardless of faith or background. The first 6 sessions contain no faith content, with an optional 7th session exploring the Christian perspective on grief.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Easter Fun Day today! The sun was shining, the goats mowed and fertilized the grass, and St Peter's Puppets made their debut telling the Easter story. They and we will be back tomorrow for our All-Age Easter Communion at 9:30am followed by a chocolate egg hunt! 🐣🐇⛪🥚
