After 44 faithful months, our last ‘Sabbath Praise’ tonight saw a full room and hearts filled with praise! We give thanks to the Lord for the obedience of our Bishop David and the worship team throughout this blessed season of joyful monthly gatherings.

But this is just the beginning. OSL is planning even more ways of bringing people together, bridging gaps, and serving the Lord - in Oneness. In 2026 we’ll share more of our plans.

You can help us to offer more events, more opportunities, more connections. Your giving - whether a single donation or regular support - entirely supports the work of this ministry and enables us to build a mighty work on earth. Whether you were blessed by Sabbath Praise, or are eager to join what comes next, we hope you’ll be part of our future.

We’d be so blessed by your donation, which can be made at this link: (via card, or PayPal) and you can easily opt for a regular monthly donation, too https://osluk.org/donate

Thank you to all who attended Sabbath Praise, to those praying for the Order, to those who walk with us in membership, and to those who delight in our mission. We are fulfilling our Lord’s work, together in Oneness. Blessings to you all.

This Saturday - 6th December at 7pm - Sabbath Praise celebrates ‘Advent Glory’ ~ a fitting finale to our 44 month season of worship at Sabbath Praise.

Isaiah 44 shares the Lord’s promise to ‘pour water on the thirsty land’ and with this His Spirit and blessing...to ‘sing for joy’ and ‘burst into song’...to display His glory.

Join Bishop David Carr and the Sabbath Praise Worship team, at St Philips Church, Dorridge, for this evening of joy and praise in fulfilment of this blessed season.

A new calendar of OSL events will roll out in the New Year ~ watch this space! ✨

Today is St Leonard’s Day - 6th November.

This Sunday, OSL member churches will celebrate this day, taking up an offering for the work of OSL and reflecting on St Leonard’s extraordinary life and ministry.

Leonard was a 6th Century, Frankish monk. Credited with ending a battle by calling upon the Lord to repel invaders, as well as ensuring the life of the Queen and her child when distressed in labour, thousands of miracles have since been attributed to his ministry. Credited with the conversion to faith of King Clovis, and thousands of followers, he shunned offered riches for a life of austerity in the forests of Limousin.

Working tirelessly for the lost and the imprisoned (physically, spiritually, emotionally) he advocated for freedom and provided meaningful and purposeful life opportunities for the many who sought to dwell with him. A monastery was formed, and Leonard spent his time in prayer, preaching, visiting other churches (rejecting the premise of his own church - including the offer of a See - and instead contributing to the spiritual life of many others).

Hundreds of churches are named for him - including nearly 200 in the UK. His humility, and openness to all in society - including those who were marginalised and disregarded, such as prisoners without hope, he took into his care and covering.

Today, OSL’s modern version of his work includes licensing chaplains, developing leaders, independent ordination, providing covering for independent churches and ministries, building leaders in Africa, teaching, preaching - and - working with other churches in the pursuit of Oneness, without ever requiring them to leave their denomination. OSL’s Oneness ministry is unique - if you are interested in joining us, as a minister, chaplain, or church, please get in touch.

If you are moved to support our work today, we greatly appreciate your financial support and welcome such at https://osluk.org/donate

If you are not in Christian ministry, but would like to walk with us, you are also welcome to join us as a Friend of the Order.

The Order of St Leonard is nearing nearly two decades of service in our modern times, but its legacy spans over a thousand years, and we continue to believe in the miracles of our Lord - just as Leonard saw - in our lives today.

Incredible time of fellowship, connection and reflection at the annual CTE Presidents’ dinner this evening, with Rev Mandy Cooper and Rev Canon Dave Cooper representing The Order of Saint Leonard. Many thanks to the CTE team for providing such a unique space for ecumenism - not just today, but in everything they do. A treasured relationship for OSL…speaking the language of Oneness. (Pictures show Lambeth Palace, The Guard Room where dinner was held, and The Chapel, where we gathered for Compline).

Reflecting on an incredible day of celebration, today, appointing 9 ministering Brothers and Sisters, and one new Presbyter to the Order. We welcomed our OSL members, church family, and guests to the packed Church of St Leonard at Wroxall (seat of the Bishop Abbot of OSL, Bishop David Carr) and enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship afterwards at Wren Hall. We’re looking forward to our conference planned for later this year, and to introducing our new members to you all. It was particularly heartening today to welcome so many children, supporting their families, each clearly overjoyed at the occasion and equally fascinated by the red tubes containing certificates!
