Our Corpus Christi celebrations concluded on Sunday evening with Bishop Luke at Burgh SS. Peter et Paul. In the context of Choral Evensong, Bishop Luke initiated 9 people into the Household of Faith with baptism and confirmation.
It was an absolute delight to welcome adults and children into the church. We were blessed with wonderful music and a full team of bell ringers.

This Sunday we celebrate the gift of the Eucharist that Jesus instituted at The Last Supper. Until He comes again, we have His Body and Blood under the form of bread and wine so we can share in His divinity and be as one with Jesus as He is with His Father. Mass at Burgh will conclude with a blessing or ‘Benediction’ where a consecrated Host is placed in a monstrance and the sign of the cross made over the people. Family Mass is at 10.00am at SS. Peter et Paul, Burgh with Fr Aiden.
