Welcome to the official page for the Parish of Rivenhall & Silver End. Part of the Witham and Villages Team Ministry within the Church of England. The parish encompasses two historic churches:
St Mary & All Saints in Rivenhall
and St Francis in Silver End. Both churches are available for weddings and baptisms, and there are services each week on Sunday mornings:

St Francis: 9.30 am
St

Mary's: 11.00am

There are different styles of service each week ranging from Holy Communion to family focused 'All Age' services, as well as special services such as the Pet Service at St Francis, and Midnight Mass at St Mary's at Christmas. We are proud to be members of Inclusive Church, where all are welcomed into the church family with open arms - find out more here: https://www.inclusive-church.org/

We are committed to Safeguarding children and young people and vulnerable adults. The Revd Noah Cockett, currently curate in the Witham and Villages Team Ministry (Colchester Archdeaconry) has been appointed as Vicar of Southend All Saints and Priest-in-Charge of Prittlewell St Luke. Noah will move into St Luke’s Vicarage at the end of next month, ahead of his marriage to his fiancée at the beginning of September. He will be collated/licensed on 1st October by the Bishop of Bradwell. Further details about the service will be confirmed in due course. Please pray for Noah and his fiancée, and for the people of St Luke’s, All Saints, and Witham and the Villages in this season of new beginnings.
