April 2026 - Giving God Praise!

Psalm 107:31-32 (KJV)
“Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! [32] Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders”.

⚫️We are dedicating April 2026 as the month of praise, a month to praise God’ for His wonderful work on the earth, to proclaim His faithfulness through all generations, and to declare His goodness toward us as a people and as individuals.

Psalm 92:1-2 (NKJV)
“It is good to give thanks to the LORD, And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; [2] To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness every night”

⚫️This month we should dedicate 75 percentage of our time with God as praise time; to praise more than we petition.

⚫️In appreciation for God’s goodness in your life, you are to reach out to someone (within VA) and do them good - We are to practice doing good to one another this month. We must show kindness to at least one person before the end of April.

February 2026 - On Chariots of Fire

2 Kings 2:11 (KJV)
“And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.”

The chariot of fire is different from ordinary chariot. Other chariots represent human strength and humam capabilities.

Psalm 20:7-8 (KJV)
“Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. [8] They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.”

The chariot of fire refers to the supernation verhicle which the God of Israel used to intervain, to move, and to do wonders. They called this chariot, the chariot of Israel and the horsemen therefore.

2 Kings 13:14 (KJV)
“Now Elisha was fallen sick of his sickness whereof he died. And Joash the king of Israel came down unto him, and wept over his face, and said, O my father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof.”

The fire represents the Holy Spirit.

Acts 2:3-4 (NIV)
“They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. [4] All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.”

The chariot of fire also represent swiftness or God’s speed, supernatural intervention, and divine assistance.

Isaiah 66:15 (KJV)
“For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.”

The chariot of fire and the horses thereof does not only supernaturally carry someone to where he or she should be speedily, it also fights on his behalf and defends him.

2 Kings 6:17 (KJV)
“And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha".
