8pm - Service at Green Moor Chapel
9pm - Service at & lighting of the Cross, followed by refreshments in the chapel.

Friday 3 April
11.45am until 1pm - Witness at the Cross in the Bandstand at Fox Valley

Tomorrow at midday, the annual Good Friday gathering will be held in Stocksbridge outside the library building and opposite The Friendship. This is a joint event for all the churches in Stocksbridge and anyone else who would like to join in and mark the beginning of the hours of Christ's crucifixion.

On Friday 7th March 2025, 1pm, Churches Together are celebrating the World day of Prayer at Stocksbridge Christian Centre, Cedar Road. This year the service has been compiled by the women of the Cook Islands.

Everyone is welcome to come and hear their stories. We would love you to join us!

No services at St John’s or the Christian Centre this Sunday due to the continuing snowy and icy conditions. There will be a simple service at St Mary’s at 11am.

The Covenant service at the Christian Centre is being postponed due to the weather conditions. So there will be no service at either the Christian Centre or St John’s this Sunday (12th). Stay safe and warm!

On Sunday 12th January at 10.30am, we have a joint covenant service at the Christian centre.

There will be no service at St John’s that day, and no main Sunday service at St Mary’s (just a simple morning prayer for anyone unable to get to the Christian centre.)
