St Helens Interchurch Network

St Helens Interchurch Network Our desire is that SHINE will be a servant ministry to the Christian Churches of St Helens and a resource for both the Church and the Community.

SHINE is an affiliation of member churches which exists to:
- enable every person in the borough to encounter the Christian Gospel
- enable the Church to fulfil its calling in respect of civic and community issues
- encourage worship and prayer

SHINE will seek to fulfil its mission in four areas:
- Civic Involvement
- Worship and Prayer
- Evangelism and Mission
- Community Action
Each of these areas of activity will be pursued at two Levels: Borough level and Local level
