Noreen Williams-Gibbs, Executive Director and Founder of Victorious Life In Christ Ministries, manages this page. For 20+ years, Noreen served the Church as an Elder, teacher, mentor, minister, and coach to pastors, other leaders, and congregations. In 2019, she was awarded the title of Doctor of Divinity for her longstanding service to the Church.
