Youth leaders and volunteers across churches and schools are doing vital work with young people, but often without the practical resources needed to sustain it well.

That creates pressure points: too much reliance on individuals, inconsistent delivery, and limited capacity for pastoral care.

When teams are properly resourced, they are better equipped to share responsibility, support wellbeing, and lead with consistency. 🙌

This strengthens both leaders and the young people they serve.

Only 1 in 5 young people have a trusted adult outside their home.

For many churches and schools, that means youth leaders and volunteers are stepping into a vital role - walking alongside young people through some of life’s biggest challenges.

But many are doing this under growing pressure and limited support.

This week, one youth leader almost didn’t show up. They were stretched and overwhelmed, but they went anyway and a young person had someone to sit with them in a moment that mattered deeply. 🙌

As one leader reflected:

“The resources are incredibly helpful and well thought out. They take away so much of the stress of planning and give our team the confidence to step in and lead sessions.”

👉 Please support us today to help equip your youth leaders and teams with the resources they need to keep going, so young people are not left without someone to walk with them.

Young people are spending more of their lives online.

Their friendships, questions, and struggles are shaped in digital spaces and many youth leaders are asking how to respond well.

This Manchester Meet-Up will explore how to engage young people online with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Together, we’ll look at:
- What healthy digital presence looks like
- How to set boundaries and avoid burnout
- How to move from promotion to meaningful connection
- How digital fits into real-life youth ministry

It’s a day of practical input, honest conversation, and shared learning.

Change is in the air, and the Church needs to be ready.

With growing signs of renewed interest in faith among young people, this week’s podcast asks a crucial question: are we prepared for what’s coming?

We’re joined by Jacob Simpson to explore how churches and youth leaders can respond to an increasing openness to the gospel, and what it looks like to create spaces where young people can truly encounter Jesus.

Jacob brings a wealth of experience—co-leading Pioneer Youth, heading up the Basement Youth Café, and serving as a church leader at Bless Community Church.

If you care about reaching the next generation, this is one not to miss.

Exam season is often one of the most intense times in a young person’s year — marked by pressure, expectation, and uncertainty. For youth leaders and those working alongside schools, it’s a key moment to be present, intentional, and supportive.

We’d love you to join us for a Zoom Drop In focused on Exam Season. This is a relaxed, conversational space where we’ll explore how we can best support young people and strengthen partnerships with local schools during this period.

Together we’ll share real-world insight from different contexts, reflect on what’s working well, and consider simple, practical ways to make a meaningful difference.

You’ll also have space to pray for the young people and schools we’re connected to, taking time to bring this season before God together.

You can choose to join either lunchtime or evening:
