Fledgelings is a welcoming baby and toddler group that meets during term time on a Monday from 9.30am until 11am, at St James Church, Finchampstead RG40 4LU.

Lots of toys, free play, crafts and refreshments.

We welcome you all back and any new members on Monday with a story of Joseph and his brightly coloured coat and a delightful craft along with playdough, general play & singing. Refreshments will also be available for all. We are all looking forward to hearing all about your amazing activities & holidays. See you then!

Dear All, we hope you've had a fabulous holiday period with the extra warm weather. We return on Monday 7th September.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT, PLEASE NOTE:

Seedlings group will now run on WEDNESDAYS. Same timing at St Mary & St John, Vicarage Close, Finchampstead. Therefore, we look forward to welcoming you back on Wednesday 9th September.

This means that Little Stars will be on THURSDAYS at St Elgius, Tope Road, Arborfield. We return here on Thursday 10th September at 9.30am.

Our final session begins with our Teddy bear picnic - bring your teddies from home to join in the fun!
We return on Monday 7th September. Have a super holiday season.

Tomorrow we will have some outside space available for a couple of races & play outdoors aswell as a few activities inside too. Looking forward to it!

This week we shall celebrate Father's Day which is this Sunday by making a card, and reading a very touching story all about enduring love.

Glad you all loved potting up your sunflower seeds last week & are able to keep nurturing them with some sunshine, a little water alongside your love & devotion.
We've have a seahorse craft this week & a dolphin story. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

We hope you had great break with the extraordinary hot weather. Fledgelings is back tomorrow and we will be looking at Trinity (God the Father, Our God Son - Jesus Christ & the Holy Spirit) by dab painting a frog. There is also an opportunity to pot up a sunflower seed. This shows us how to care for something. How to nurture it by giving it the right nutrients & levels it requires over a period of time, and watching it grow. A wonderful display of sunshine, love & devotion.

We will be celebrating Pentecost by making & decorating hats this week. Look forward to seeing you all at 9.30am.

We hope you all had a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend with the delightful weather. I wonder what exploits you will tell us all about?
This week we shall make our craft around "The lost sheep from the bible story" and we'll also read about The Woolseys having a haircut. Looking forward to seeing you all again for fun, play, songs, music & bubble time, and of course our snack!
