Date for your diaries !!

On Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th July, we will be celebrating 146 years of The Salvation Army in Devonport and we’d love you to be a part of it.

For 146 years, this has been a place of worship and service, where God has been at work, reaching out and transforming lives.
This summer, we celebrate that story together.

Join us for a special weekend of music, memories, and community as we celebrate the past and look to the future.

We’re thrilled to invite children aged 7–12 to Design for Life – Children, a fun and meaningful day created to help them explore who God made them to be.

Through activities, stories, worship, and team time, children will discover more about their identity, purpose, and the unique gifts God has placed in them.

Please speak to your Corps Officer if you'd like your child to come along.

We’d love to journey with your child as they discover just how wonderfully God has designed them.

Let’s help them grow with confidence, creativity, and faith!

We are super excited to be running DFL:Children!

DFL:Children is a 1 day course for a small group of children aged 7-12 years who will engage with Bible teaching, activities, games, crafts and a meal together! Children will have the opportunity to reflect on their journey of life so far, their God-given gifts and passions now, and where God may be leading them.

If you would like your child to come along, chat to your corps leader who will give you an application form to complete. Application form deadline is the 13.02.26.

Announcement - There will not be a 10:30am worship service tomorrow. Instead, we will be meeting at 1pm for a fellowship lunch. Bring some food, bring a friend. We look forward to seeing you at DMT.

The rain has held off. The hot chocolate is being prepared. Come along and join us at 6pm in The Salvation Army car park on Balfour Terrace and help us celebrate Christmas with some community carols with the band.

We will be once again singing Christmas carols in the car park on Christmas Eve at 6pm, accompanied by The Salvation Army brass band. Full details on the attached poster.
