After a dreary day, we wondered how many would come along yesterday evening. So we were really pleased to have 55 people hear Rev Peter’s very informative talk on Churchyards of Gower, followed by refreshments and a good natter and catch up with friends and newcomers.

Thank you all for your support and we look forward to seeing you all at next year’s lectures.

An excellent and well attended lecture on Wednesday about Wildflowers on Gower. And the lovely evening meant some were able to go outside to enjoy their refreshments.

An excellent lecture last week by Ian Prothero on a Simple Geology of Central Gower and a Couple of Related Historic Consequences. Despite the inclement weather earlier in the day, the Lecture was well attended.

The second lecture is on 13th May at 7pm - Professor Prys Morgan on John Brett: a Pre Raphaelite Painter in Gower in 1887.
