We are delighted to introduce our fourth guest speaker, Maame Serwaah Sarfo
Maame Serwaah is an investment funds lawyer at a prominent Silver Circle law firm, where she works with international clients, advising on the creation, structuring, and investment of alternative investment funds across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. Passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion within the corporate legal profession, she serves on her firm’s REACH (Race, Ethnicity And Cultural Heritage) committee. In 2025, she combined her expertise in event planning with her passion for inclusion to lead the planning and delivery of the firm’s Black History Month event for senior partners and lawyers.
Beyond her legal career, Maame is the Co-Founder of Refine Ghana, a holistic wellness brand that brings people together through wellness, movement, and meaningful community experiences, and the Co-Founder of The Sarfo Experience, an event planning, design, and coordination business that expertly plans and delivers luxury events for an exceptional client base across the UK and internationally. She also serves as the Youth Leader at London Ghana SDA Church, where she is passionate about mentoring and empowering young people. Through her work in law, business, and ministry, Maame is committed to inspiring others to lead with purpose, excellence, and faith.
