We are really looking forward to our trip to Padova this coming weekend (23rd/24th May). Many thanks to everyone at Comune di Padova and Oxford Padua Link for their help and support in organising our visit. We are looking forward to singing wonderful music for Pentecost in spectacular buildings!

Join our music team! We are looking for a highly skilled organist and liturgical musician to join us as Organist of the Cathedral Singers.
The Organist plays a key role, accompanying our auditioned choir in its busy schedule of services and other performances, supporting the Director and mentoring the two organ scholars.

What a weekend! Our final few days of the July session saw us recording an Evensong for the feast of St James, singing with the choir from Duke University, North Carolina, and bidding a fond farewell to our director Hilary Punnett. And we found time for a few glasses of wine along the way!

Our next session starts on September 2nd, during which we'll be welcoming our new junior organ scholar, Thalia, and bidding farewell to senior organ scholar Edward.

Our final day at York Minster comes to an end - great to sing Matins, Eucharist and Evensong, featuring music by Baigent, Ives, Jackson , Martin & Stanford. Thanks to the Minster staff for a very warm welcome, and for allowing our organist to show the scholars the organ!
