We are so excited to finally share with you the exciting news of our very first children’s book “Address in the Sky”, aimed at helping young people cope with the loss of a loved one.

This story was written from the heart to by Bethany Godfrey, help children understand loss in a gentle, comforting way. It follows the idea of a magical post box where letters can be sent to Heaven; a place where children can continue to share their love, memories, and feelings with those they miss.

If this book brings comfort to even one family, then it has done exactly what we hoped it would.

Yesterday we were honoured to host a truly meaningful event at Brightwater Memorial Park as family and friends came together to mark the 5th anniversary of Joseph’s passing and officially launch The Joseph Project Foundation in his memory.

It was a beautiful celebration of Joseph’s life, bringing together those who loved him to reflect, remember, and look forward with purpose.

The creation of The Joseph Project is a wonderful tribute that will ensure Joseph’s legacy continues to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

We are incredibly proud to have been chosen to host such a special occasion and to provide a place where families can gather, remember, and celebrate the lives of those they hold dear.

What a wonderful day celebrating 100 years of Farnborough Park, one of Bromley’s most prestigious private estates.

Brightwater Stone was incredibly proud to be asked to engrave the commemorative stone spheres at the entrance to the estate, helping to mark such a significant milestone in its history.

The engraving was officially unveiled during the centenary street party by the Mayor of Bromley, Christine Harris, in front of residents and guests who had gathered to celebrate this special occasion.

It was a real honour for our team to play a small part in an event that recognised a century of community, heritage and pride in this beautiful estate. We would like to thank everyone involved for allowing us to contribute to such a memorable day.

Congratulations to Farnborough Park on reaching this remarkable milestone, and here’s to the next 100 years.

Last night Joanne and I had the pleasure of visiting Langley Park Golf Club for an LAFD meeting… such a lovely venue 🌿⛳️

There were a number of great speakers including Darryl Smith President of the NAFD and a truly inspiring talk from Nishma and Ellie from the Royal Alexandra & Albert School in Surrey. Their work supporting children from age 7, particularly those who have experienced the bereavement of a parent, is nothing short of incredible. The care, structure and nurturing environment they provide right through to sixth form leads to some amazing success stories.

A huge thank you to Karen Rattigan, Chair of LAFD Southern Region, for organising such a great evening.
