Salt: little of sea salt or your normal salt.

Add a little of above mentioned materials inside your bathing water.

Everybody knows what menstruation is, but don't know the harmfulness of it.

Now listen, do you know that menstrual period ( blood) can make a man to start life afresh and conquer the whole thing for the man.

No matter what, please never sleep with a woman in her menstrual period wait until after four or five days after.( MEN). If you do, it can cause everywhere or everything to be stagnant for you.

Having s*x with a woman on her menstruation can bring everlasting damages to your life and you maybe going from one place to another seeking for help without finding the solution. It is very dangerous spiritually.

Even if you love her from the climax(depth) of your heart, please don't commit yourself, whether your wife, or girlfriend please avoid her during this period....
