By working with all six Gurdwaras of Nottingham, the Sikh Community & Youth Service (SCYS) as well as both Nottingham University Sikh Society and Nottingham Trent Sikh Society, we aim to inform you about events and news allowing you to take advantage of what the Sikh Community here in Nottingham has to offer.

Free Advice & Support — Seva at Gurdwara Baba Budha Ji

Sometimes you just need someone to listen.

Starting Sunday 27 September, Gurdwara Baba Budha Ji, Miri Piri House is offering free, confidential counselling and emotional support in a safe, compassionate space — given as seva, at no cost.

Sessions run on the last Sunday of every month, with four one-hour slots:

🕙 10:00–11:00am
🕚 11:00am–12:00pm
🕛 12:00–1:00pm
🕐 1:00–2:00pm

Led by Kulbinder Kaur, BA (Hons), MBACP (Accred) — a BACP-accredited therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience.

Only 4 slots a month, so book early.
