The newly refurbished Chapel on the Hill in Kimberley which was built in 1883 has now had the all the cement mortar removed and re pointed with a lime mortar which helps old stone buildings by being flexible and breathable, allowing the building to naturally adjust to movement and moisture without cracking or trapping dampness.

This is crucial for maintaining the structural integrity and longevity of historic structures, so people can enjoy the Chapel hopefully for another 100 years.

This unique iconic building is the ideal place for your civil ceremony it has a Chapel atmosphere with panoramic views over Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, with fully disabled access to both Chapel and toilet facilities, it can seat up to 70 people for further details contact
