INVESTORS INFORMATION : MEDICAL TIME MACHINE LTD - BIOTEMPORAL ENGINEERING FOR SURGICAL ONCOLOGY (1986 - 2022 ON)

Medical Time Machine Ltd (Biotemporal Engineering for Surgical Oncology) is my Special Interest. I'm an autistic with savant syndrome. Autism is a high-IQ communications disorder. I deal with selective mutism, for example, and have only begun to speak about my work in recent years, and begin to put it online, so others could borrow some of my insights in the fight against cancer. Autistics have special interests and non-autistics don't. They are an intense passion we have. One autistic kid's led him to build a Nuclear reactor. Another kid to build the largest ever model of The Titanic out of lego. Other kids work eventually got then Nobel prizes. Mine originated in 1986, in early, albeit basic, childhood work on black hole event horizons (temporal engineering), and adolescent work on MRI, and grew to biotemporal engineering, and then to biotemporal engineering for surgical oncology, over the decades.
10,000 shares are issued (100%), each with a nominal (or face value) or £1, so our assets are also around £10,000 plus intellectual property of several million (non reproducible understanding of The Aquarius Program). Each share is for sale at £800 each but i'm only selling 1,250 shares maximum (12.5%). Donations are also welcome. This gives me a potential startup capital of £1 Million. It also gives room for a future IPO (selling 20% to the market in year 10 to raise £100 million for engineering construction of Aquarius: 1st Time Machine). The 1st working paper "MEDICAL TIME MACHINE: CANCER ENGINEERING IN AN ARTIFICIAL WOMB" is due out in September 2022, along with explanatory video's on our website. Our annual conference has been cancelled due to Covid-19, but will be established once the worldwide situation is improved.
We have been trading for 2 years - and the 1st 2 sets of accounts will be filed with companies house in the next few weeks (i'm a few months late on submission). No income. Lots of expenses, capitalised under IAS 38 (like any biotechnology company for example) into a growing intangible fixed asset (e.g. like happens with Pharmaceutical companies when they develop medications of 10 years with no income at first, then a massive income later. We would expect to be the largest company in the world eventually, and this is a ground floor opportunity, arguably the best opportunity for a startup investment in all of human history - one share today for £800 is expected to grow to £200 million per share in year 20. I'm happy to consider one investor for the entire million, but i'd prefer individual investors. I need to be able to raise £100 million later on to finance this, so i don't want to sell shares less than this, even if one investor wants the whole 12.5% on offer. Hence shares are cheap right now at £800, and you can expect exponential growth. I started as an assistant professor 20 years ago. I'm Nobel Laureate trained by Sir Peter Mansfield FRS KBE, Nobel Laureate in Medicine and was his research assistant as a child. I was part of his team, with our work leading to his Nobel Prize. I'v also worked with my PhD supervisor toward The Nobel Prize in Economics a decade ago. I'v worked across multiple fields, and i'm a polymath. I'm autistic, and have savant sydrome, which means my diagnosis says genius, but that social reality is difficult sometimes too. I also deal with SELECTIVE MUTISM, which is common in autism. I was only diagnosed as autistic 3 years ago, and am 47. Adult diagnosis is common, and savants don't get spotted. Think Elon Musk (richest man in the world, and also autistic) or any number of other thinkers. The "good doctor" for example. I may be the only MEDICAL AUTISTIC SAVANT in the world, born as such.

I'm Oxford University educated, and trained in Biomedical Engineering - having studied medicine at the postgraduate level, and holding multiple degrees. I was 1st published as an undergraduate, and have won many prizes, including graduating in 1st place in my undergraduate class. I have a lot in common with Sheldon Cooper, and was the same basic person from age 10 to age 20, and i'm trained in theoretical physics, and mathematical physics up to 4th order differential calculus, including being an invited reviewer by Palgrave McMillan from age 16 on a textbook on Einstein's Relativity. Savants do things like that. MEDICAL TIME MACHINE is my AUTISTIC SPECIAL INTEREST. Autistics have them, and non-autistics don't (see video below). THE 1ST TIME TRAVEL CHIP is something i'm designing, system verilog chip verify standard, by holographically designing information flows based on THE FERMILAB EXPERIMENT. One of the offshoots of the project is THE TARIAL CELL, a vision of replacing BOOLEAN ALGEBRA that supports most forms of PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD including that used in Quantum Computers. I have studied THE PHILOSOPHY OF TIME at a postgraduate level on an Msc degree in philosophy, and this allows me a certain depth of understanding of THE SPECIAL COMPOSITION QUESTION and MEREOLOGY and that it is possible to EXCEED BOOLEAN CIRCUIT BOARDS, as defined by THE APOLLO GUIDANCE COMPUTER, and hard wire a new philosophy of circuit leakage. In short, we can rethink the way every computer out there works, including quantum computers - and make money - a lot of money - and support the creation of the healing technology MEDICAL TIME MACHINE in doing so. What's worth £8 million ? This is. If i speak for years, i will still be the only one who fully understand it all. I first met Chris 30 years ago. One of the impressive things about him is that he won THE DIRAC MEDAL, which is similar to The Nobel Prize in Theoretical Physics. Chris was kind enough to send me a personal congratulations note when i was accepted last year into the no. 1 doctoral program in the country in Logic.
