Last Sunday we celebrated 20 years since New Life Baptist Church was born from a merger of Lady Bay Baptist Church and Abbey Baptist Church in West Bridgford. It was lovely to see old friends and new at our anniversary service.

There is no 10.30am service on that day.

Food served from 10.15am with the service starting at 11am.

"Other seeds fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked them. Other seeds fell on good soil and brought forth grain, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. Let anyone with ears listen!”

Ask yourself what things crowd out the voice of God in your day? Are you preoccupied with something? Have you lots of jobs to do? Do you get to the end of a day and realise you have spent little time focusing on your faith? Stop for a moment and give God some time. Allow Him to plant good seed in your life that will grow into a harvest.
