Today we came together to celebrate the life of Emma, a much-loved daughter, friend, niece and cousin whose life touched so many people.

It was an emotional farewell, filled with stories of family, friendship, music, laughter, cats and the many things that made Emma so uniquely herself.

A beautiful cat-themed coffin reflected one of her greatest loves and brought smiles through the tears, reminding everyone of the warmth, humour and personality she carried throughout her life.

Our thoughts remain with Emma's family and friends as they continue to navigate the difficult days ahead. đź–¤

Peacefully at rest after a short illness on Monday 1st June 2026 whilst at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Simon aged 60 years of Clayton.

Much loved husband of Janice, loving and treasured dad of Jenny and Lauren, cherished father-in-law of Daniel and Liam, loving grandad of Lucas. Dearest brother of Susan, Nigel and brother-in-law of June. Simon will be deeply and sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.

Funeral service and cremation at Bradwell Crematorium on Monday 22nd June 2026 at 12:40pm.

Would all those wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.

Family flowers only please by request, donations much preferred for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice in memory of Simon. A donation box will be available at the crematorium on the day for anybody wishing to make a donation.

Peacefully at rest on Sunday 31st May 2026 whilst at the R.S.U.H, Iris aged 87 years of Stone.

Much loved wife of John, loving mum of David, Kevin, Caroline and Christopher, cherished mother-in-law of Clinton, Sonia and Mel. Beloved sister of Tommy, Irene and the late Kenneth, Derek, Violet and Johnny. Cherished and adored nan, great-nan and auntie. Iris will be deeply and sadly missed but fondly remembered by all of her loving family and friends.

Funeral service at St. Michael's Church, Stone on Friday 26th June 2026 at 10:45am. Followed by cremation at Stafford Crematorium.

Amid torrential rain this morning, we gathered to remember Gordon.

A retired police officer, vintage car enthusiast and proud family man, Gordon lived life very much on his own terms. During the service, his family reflected on a life that spanned more than ninety years, from National Service and policing the streets of Stoke-on-Trent to restoring classic cars and sharing stories of days gone by.

Fittingly, we paused for reflection to the sounds of Barry Manilow's I Made It Through the Rain - a song chosen by Gordon himself.

A thoughtful farewell for a man who certainly experienced many chapters throughout a long and eventful life.

May he rest in eternal peace đź’™
