Alhamdulillah, we successfully completed Fajr Knights competition 2024-25 at our Hamlets Way Masjid. This is the fourth time we have organised this competition. Thank you to all Mile end youth and Hamlets way Masjid volunteers who worked last two weeks tirelessly. A special thanks to all parents who brought their kids last 2 weeks every day fajr salah and we believe that they will continue it. May Allah swt accept all of our hard work as good deeds.

Inshaa Allah, this year, Fajr Knights competition will play a significant role in helping our youth grow into practising and responsible Muslims.

Alhamdulillah, we have successfully completed Fajr Knights program today (5th January, 2024). The whole masjid was packed by our young children and their parents. It was an initiative aimed at encouraging our children to regularly attend Fajr prayers at the masjid (and thereby other prayers too). 80 boys registered their name for this competition. We gave them prizes and certificates. May Allah SWT accept their good deeds. Special thanks to Hamlets way Masjid and Mile End Youth for their hard work to organise this inspiring event.

Indeed, all praise and thanks are due to Allah.

The AGM and Election of Mile End Bengali Muslim Community Association (MBMCA) was held today (on the 17th December 2023) at Hamlets Way Mosque. The chair of the Council of Mosques, Hafiz Moulana Shamsul Hoque was the Chief Election Commissioner. Atik Miah and Abdul Munim Jahedi Karol from Council of Mosques also attended this meeting as Election Commissioners. The annual accounts and chair report was presented and approved in the meeting. Sanaur Rahman and Mohammed Hasan Mahmud is now elected as Chairman and Secretary for the Dec 2023 - Dec 2025 session.

The former Chairman, Mahfuz Nahid said in his speech "I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the members, volunteers, and the broader community for your dedicated support. Together, we look to the future with optimism, ready to embrace new opportunities and contribute to a brighter tomorrow."

The forecoming Chair, Sanaur Rahman once again thanked all our guests and members who attended this program. Hafiz Moulana Shamsul Hoque concluded the program with a collective prayer, wishing safety and prosperity for all.

দোআ: [২৭.৯] সকাল ও বিকালের যিক্‌রসমূহ #৯

اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ، اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ سَمْعِيْ، اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَصَرِيْ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ، وَالْفَقْرِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

হে আল্লাহ! আমাকে নিরাপত্তা দিন আমার শরীরে। হে আল্লাহ! আমাকে নিরাপত্তা দিন আমার শ্রবণশক্তিতে। হে আল্লাহ! আমাকে নিরাপত্তা দিন আমার দৃষ্টিশক্তিতে। আপনি ছাড়া কোনো হক্ব ইলাহ নেই। হে আল্লাহ! আমি আপনার কাছে আশ্রয় চাই কুফরি ও দারিদ্র্য থেকে। আর আমি আপনার আশ্রয় চাই কবরের আযাব থেকে। আপনি ছাড়া আর কোনো হক্ব ইলাহ নেই।

আল্লা-হুম্মা ‘আ-ফিনী ফী বাদানী, আল্লা-হুম্মা ‘আ-ফিনী ফী সাম্‘ঈ আল্লা-হুম্মা ‘আ-ফিনী ফী বাসারী। লা ইলা-হা ইল্লা আনতা। আল্লা-হুম্মা ইন্নী আ‘উযু বিকা মিনাল কুফরি ওয়াল-ফাক্বরি ওয়া আ‘উযু বিকা মিন ‘আযা-বিল ক্বাবরি, লা ইলাহা ইল্লা আন্‌তা।

Alhamdulillah, with the help of Allah (SWT) we’ve just finished today’s food distribution to the members of our community. We’re hoping to distribute more food items next Friday Insha’Allah.

Alhamdulillah, with the help of Allah (SWT) we’ve just finished our weekly food distribution. Over the last few weeks Hamlets Way Masjid have distributed over 1000 food packets to the members of our community. We would like to request if anyone requires a food parcel then please get in touch with us at Hamlets Way Masjid. As always we would be more than happy to help any member of our community. May Allah (SWT) accept our efforts and make us from among those who are at the service of Allah (SWT) every single day.
