We provide a fun, safe, and welcoming space for children to discover all that God has for them through games, songs, stories, and interactive activities. Children join the whole church family for worship before moving into their Children’s Ministry groups. While parents/ carers can worship and learn at their own pace, children can explore Jesus’ love at their own pace too, guided by our caring, trained team who make learning about God both meaningful and enjoyable.

To register your child for their group head to the welcome desk to the right of the front door and talk to a member of the Kids Team in a blue t-shirt.

We have had so much fun over summer but we are excited to kick off a new series on "Any Dream Will Do?", a six week series focussing on the life of Joseph.
This Sunday is also the return of our kids groups!

From September, we will be changing how we register our 0–11s on a Sunday.

We will be moving from our manual attendance records to using ChurchSuite’s digital registers and printed name badges. We hope this will give new families a clearer point of registration each Sunday and provide a more consistent approach to holding information across the life of the church.

The new system will then be fully in place for the return of our children’s groups on THIS SUNDAY!

We are so excited that James Brown is taking on a new role at Saint Philips Chapel Street. In other news we are launching into our new season on 6th September with Welcome Back Sunday, which will be kicking off with a new 6 week series “Any Dream Will Do?” based on the story of Joseph.

WELCOME BACK SUNDAY
SUNDAY | 6TH SEPTEMBER | 10:45
Our church mission is to “Loving and Serving Jesus, Greater Manchester & Beyond”. We are gathering again on Sunday the 6th to worship as a community after a period of rest and more relaxed services over summer.
Expect a new 6 week series “Any Dream Will Do?”, a new kids registration system.

We are baptising people into the family of God on 13th September, come ready to celebrate, support and pray for the kingdom to advance in Salford & Greater Manchester.

CHAPEL TOTS

Chapel Tots is back, our babies and toddlers group is a friendly space for parents and carers to meet, connect, and make new friends while their babies and toddlers enjoy toys, singing, and playtime. With drinks for adults and plenty of activities for little ones, it’s a relaxed way to connect with other families and the wider community.

FAMILY BRUNCH
SATURDAY | 12TH SEPTEMBER | 10:30
Whether you have toddlers, babies or children at school age, you are invited! This is a relaxed, informal morning designed as a space for community, food and fun. Come along to get connected.

ARTISTRY
MONDAY | 21ST SEPTEMBER | 18:30
If you’re a creative, artist, maker, performer, storyteller, designer, musician or simply someone longing to bring more of who you are before God come and join us.

Expect worship, prayer, honest conversation, fresh encouragement, and space to hear from God alongside other creatives.

We are so excited to welcome Alice back onto staff after being away working with a youth charity Blank Canvas in Redcar for a year.
She is coming into a new role as Discipleship & Ministry Lead.
In her role she will be leading our Discipleship Year, supporting the staff team in ministry and helping run some of our projects.

We are praying for Alice and Dan as they move back to Manchester.
