Looking for HANDYMAN/WOMAN recommendations..

Small jobs that crop up at our church & community centre buildings in Old Trafford M16

Current list, looking for quotes for;

Refix plug to internal plasterboard wall.
Refix wooden baby gate.
Construct Keter flat pack shed.
Fettle emergency exit lock bars, to close properly.
Fix 1 metal sign & 3 banners to exterior wall (using ladder).
