Today we remember the Arena bombings.
We hold the 22 victims in prayer, and remember their families in their ongoing sorrow.
We hold in prayer all who live with the results of their injuries.
And we pray too for all members of the emergency services who carry with them the memories of that day and will never forget what they saw and had to deal with.

Our Holy Week and Easter Services for 2026 are as follows:

Sunday 29th March: Palm Sunday Eucharist, 10am
Monday: Eucharist, 7:30pm
Tuesday: Stations of the cross, 12 noon
Wednesday: Eucharist - 7:30pm
Maundy Thursday: Sung Eucharist with foot washing, 7:30pm
Good Friday:
Church open for silent prayer from 12 noon.
Meditation with music from 1pm
Liturgy for Good Friday 2pm
Saturday: Easter Eve - Easter vigil, 8:30 pm
Sunday 5th April: Easter Day - Sung Eucharist, 10am

Our beautiful Haf Seen, a symbol and sign of unity and community praying together for peace, and for the safety of friends and family on Nowrouz, the Persian New Year. Thanks to Canon Alma for leading us in prayer.

A reminder that the next event in our series "Unsung Routes to the Modern City" is next Saturday, February 7th, titled "Rosa Grindon and the Shakespearean Garden".
