As the tenure of the Lord Mayor of Manchester comes to an end, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Councillor Carmine Grimshaw for his support, friendship and service to our great city over the years.

Having served Manchester as a councillor for 14 years, Carmine has always shown a genuine commitment to the city of Manchester. His rooted ties with the Italian community have been especially appreciated and it has always meant a great deal to warmly welcome him to our events as part of his civic duties.

We hope he has thoroughly enjoyed his year as Lord Mayor.

We thank him once again for his support and wish him every success and happiness as he moves on to pastures new.

A night to remember ✨🇮🇹✨🇬🇧✨

We’re absolutely delighted to share that our fundraiser at Blackley Golf Club was a great success, raising vital funds towards keeping our cherished tradition alive.

From the moment the evening began, the atmosphere was full of energy, laughter and community/family spirit, with plenty of people wearing their dancing shoes and enjoying themselves on the dancefloor throughout the night 💃🕺

A special thank you to our fantastic singer Jess Cook, who didn’t disappoint and kept everyone entertained between the fun filled games.

A lot of planning, preparation and teamwork went into making the night what it was and we are truly grateful for the amazing support we received. It was wonderful to see so many people come together, with a wide spread of prizes and participation going to various tables. From young to old, it was an evening enjoyed by all.

Last night we proudly came together to raise funds to continue the legacy of our procession. Your support is vital in ensuring it continues for generations to come.

We’d also like to take a moment to acknowledge the generations who came before us. Their dedication, generosity and commitment kept this tradition going year after year. We have a lot to live up to and last night showed that the same incredible community spirit is still very much alive. Whether you supported the raffle, the games or the lucky wheel, every contribution made a difference.

Tonight, is an important night in this year's busy calendar with the Annual Madonna Del Rosario fundraiser!
We are very pleased to announce that once again it has been a total sell out!
Thank you so much in supporting the association and the Madonna Del Rosario Procession which will be held on Sunday 5th July at 1.15pm.
