New Heart, New Harvest

đź“– Ezekiel 36:26 (NLT)
“And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.”

"When God changes your heart, He changes your harvest.”

⸻

"How is your heart?”

Proverbs 4:23 NLT – “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.”
‭
• A hardened heart cannot carry prosperity. A tender heart becomes fertile soil for blessing.

• God’s promise is not just outward prosperity but inward transformation: a new heart, a new spirit, and a new harvest.

⸻

Principle: A New Heart Prepares the Ground
• Prosperity begins within, not outside.
• A hardened heart cannot grow the seeds of God’s Word.
• God replaces the heart of stone with a heart of flesh so His blessings can take root.
• And how does God prepare the ground of our hearts? Through forgiveness.

⸻

Point 1: God Forgave You — To Give You a New Heart

Principle: Only God Can Restore What’s Broken
• You are unconditionally loved and fully forgiven.
• 1 John 1:9 NLT - “But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.”
• Mark 3:28 NKJV — ““Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter;”
‭‭
• there’s no sin too great for God to forgive, except the one we refuse to bring to Him.
• Forgiveness clears away guilt and condemnation so our hearts can be free and soft.
⸻

Point 2: Forgive Others — To Take Away Your Stony and Stubborn Heart

Principle: Forgiveness Breaks the Barrenness
• Unforgiveness is like weeds choking the soil of your soul.
• A forgiving heart releases you into freedom, peace, and joy—the true soil of prosperity.
• When you let go, you make room for God’s Spirit to flow.
• Romans 12:19 TPT - “Beloved, don’t be obsessed with taking revenge, but leave that to God’s righteous justice. For the Scriptures say: “Vengeance is mine, and I will repay,” says the Lord.”
‭‭
• Forgiveness doesn’t free them; it frees you.
• A stony heart cannot carry prosperity, but a forgiving heart is fertile ground for blessing.

⸻

Point 3: Forgive Yourself — To Receive a Tender and Responsive Heart

Principle: Letting Go Releases Your Hands to Receive
• Sometimes the hardest person to forgive is yourself.
• Regret and shame keep the heart heavy and unresponsive.
• Proverbs 23:7 — “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” If you see yourself as a failure, you’ll live like one.
• Forgiving yourself heals your self-image and allows your heart to respond to God’s will.

⸻

Conclusion: A New Harvest Flows From a Transformed Heart
• Prosperity is not just money—it’s peace, fruitfulness, healthy relationships, and eternal impact.
• Galatians 5:22–23 NKJV “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.”
‭‭ • the fruit of the Spirit flows from a renewed heart.
• Outward prosperity follows inner transformation.
• When God changes your heart (forgiven, forgiving, and free), He changes your harvest.

• If you want a new harvest, surrender your heart.
• Receive God’s forgiveness.
• Release others through forgiveness.
• Forgive yourself and let go of regret.

"When God changes your heart, He changes your harvest.”

Thank you sis Sharita Jala Baguna for sharing the word of God 🙏🏻🔥

Obeying the Lord’s commands is an act of aligning our life with God’s will out of love, trust and reverence.

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭9‬-‭13‬ ‭NLT‬‬
“When I wrote to you before, I told you not to associate with people who indulge in sexual sin. But I wasn’t talking about unbelievers who indulge in sexual sin, or are greedy, or cheat people, or worship idols. You would have to leave this world to avoid people like that. I meant that you are not to associate with anyone who claims to be a believer yet indulges in sexual sin, or is greedy, or worships idols, or is abusive, or is a drunkard, or cheats people. Don’t even eat with such people. It isn’t my responsibility to judge outsiders, but it certainly is your responsibility to judge those inside the church who are sinning. God will judge those on the outside; but as the Scriptures say, “You must remove the evil person from among you.”

As it says we cannot judge others as only God can judge us. But it is our responsibility to know who are we dealing with. We should choose our flock wisely because they will have a great impact in our lives. Either they influence us, or we influence them. But how strong are we? We are still in human flesh, weak and fragile. We must be vigilant for we know that we can only fight temptations by avoiding them.

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26‬:‭41‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

‭‭James‬ ‭4‬:‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

Read the bible, study God’s word not because you need to but because you are hungry for God’s word.

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭40‬:‭8‬ ‭NLT‬‬
“I take joy in doing your will, my God, for your instructions are written on my heart.”

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)

This verse reminds us that every person stands in need of God’s grace. No one can claim perfect righteousness before Him. Regardless of our background, achievements, or efforts, we all fall short of God’s holy standard.

Yet Romans 3:23 is not meant to leave us in despair. It prepares our hearts for the good news that follows: God provides salvation through Jesus Christ. When we recognize our need, we become ready to receive His mercy.

Today, remember that your hope is not found in your own perfection but in God’s grace. He knows your weaknesses, yet He lovingly offers forgiveness and new life through Christ.

Ther is a final destonation that everyone one of us has different view of life but the truth is that life is a journey and one day will arrive in our final destination. The Bible says that there are only two final destinations in life: Perish in Hell or Eternal Life in Heaven. In these two, where do you think, you are going to?

God wants to give you a change of heart.

Fervent Prayer 25/05/26

I planted the seed in your hearts, and Apollos watered it, but it was God who made it grow. It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow. The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work. For we are both God’s workers. And you are God’s field. You are God’s building.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭6‬-‭9‬ ‭NLT‬‬

1 Corinthians 3:6-9 reminds us that while we are called to actively share the Gospel and disciple others (planting and watering), spiritual growth and transformation are entirely God’s work. We are simply co-workers in His field, removing the pressure of changing hearts from our own shoulders.

*Just as a garden requires different, vital tasks, our roles in sharing faith—planting seeds or watering them through prayer—are important, yet we cannot create the spiritual life ourselves.

*We can struggle with frustration when we don't see immediate results, but this passage reminds us that the power for transformation belongs to God alone. We are called to be faithful; God is responsible for the growth.

*United in Purpose: Addressing divisions in the church, Paul highlights that all Christian workers are united, not competing, but working together for the same Kingdom purpose.

We are God’s property. We are God’s building. We are the church. The church diesn’t belong to anyone. It only belongs to God. He is the one cultivating us and building us up into maturity. We need to soak ourselves into the presence of God everyday. Make a habit of prayers, bible reading, devotion and commitment to grow so we can be use in the advancement of His Kingdom mightily.

Unstoppable unshakeable faith!

At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.” In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.”

Ephesians 4:2

Victory in Unity Through the Nature of Christ

“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.”

This verse is not merely relational advice — it is a revelation of the nature of Christ working inside believers to preserve spiritual unity and kingdom victory.

Paul begins chapter 4 by saying:

“Walk worthy of the calling you have received.”

Then immediately describes humility, gentleness, patience, and love.

Why?

Because true spiritual maturity is revealed more in relationships than in religious activity.

A person may:
preach powerfully,
pray deeply,
sing beautifully,
and still destroy unity through pride and offense.

God measures spiritual growth not only by gifts, but by Christlike character.

1. Unity Is a Spiritual Reality Before It Is an Emotional Feeling

Paul does not tell believers to create unity.
He tells them later in verse 3 to:

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit.”

This means unity already exists in Christ spiritually.

Ephesians 4:4–6

“There is one body and one Spirit…”

The enemy therefore attacks relationships because division weakens spiritual effectiveness.

Satan understands:
divided believers lose focus,
divided churches lose authority,
divided families lose peace.

Unity is spiritual warfare.

2. Humility — The Atmosphere Where Christ Reigns

Paul first mentions humility because pride was Satan’s original downfall.

Walk in humility
Humility puts others first, it listens even when shutting off would be easier!

Pride says:
• “I must be recognized.”
• “I refuse correction.”
• “My opinion matters most.”

Humility says:
• “Christ must increase.”
• “I can learn.”
• “Others matter too.”

Humility is powerful because it makes room for God’s grace.

James 4:6

“God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.”

Pride blocks spiritual flow.
Humility invites heaven’s presence.

This is why revival and unity often begin with repentance and brokenness before God.

3. Gentleness — Kingdom Strength Under Divine Control

The Greek idea behind gentleness is strength restrained by wisdom and love.

Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.u

Jesus demonstrated this perfectly.
• cleansed the temple with authority,
• yet welcomed children tenderly,
• rebuked sin,
• yet restored broken people gently.

Matthew 11:29

“Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭29‬ ‭NIV‬

Gentleness is not weakness.
It is power submitted to God.

A spiritually mature believer knows:
• when to speak,
• when to remain silent,
• when to correct,
• and when to restore.

Harshness may win arguments,
but gentleness wins hearts.

4. Patience — The Ability to Carry Others in Love

Paul says:

“bearing with one another in love.”

The phrase “bearing with” means:
• enduring weaknesses,
• covering faults,
• remaining committed despite difficulties.

This reflects God’s patience toward humanity.

Many believers want unity,
but without inconvenience.

Yet real unity requires:
• forgiveness,
• endurance,
• emotional maturity,
• sacrificial love.

“Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Love is proven most when relationships become difficult.

patience is “the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset.”

Paul says instead of concentrating on what divides us, we should instead remember what unites us!
We are One Body, We have One Spirit, One Hope, One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and Father of all, (Eph 4:4-6 ) which was made possible through Jesus death on the Cross, Amen!

When we choose to focus on what unites us, the things that cause division among us loses its power over us! It makes us realise that whatever these issues or concerns are, they are easily overshadowed by what Jesus has done for us on the Cross! Amen!

Unity comes from being united with Jesus, that our spirit, our mind and our hearts become of one accord! We begin to think like Jesus, walk like Jesus but most of all we begin to love like Jesus, a kind of love that glorifies no one else but our Heavenly Father.

Conclusion

Ask yourself:
Do I protect unity or create division?
Is pride resisting humility in me?
Do I carry gentleness in difficult moments?
Am I patient with others as God is patient with me?
Am I fighting fellow believers more than the real enemy?

Ephesians 4:2 reveals that unity is not maintained by organization alone, but by transformation into the character of Christ.

Humility crushes pride.
Gentleness heals wounds.
Patience preserves relationships.
Love binds believers together.
