Looking forward to tomorrow.. sorry unable to produce normal poster. But here is the bio for Revered Sylvester Deigh and Reverend Rachel Deigh.
We have both been Methodist Ministers for over 25 years and we are currently serving in Sierra Leone as Mission Partners with the Methodist Church Sierra Leone (MCSL). We arrived here in December 2021 – our departure having been delayed due to Covid – and we are based in Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone. Rachel teaches in the theological college and is involved in the training of Ministers and Lay Preachers; and Sylvester works in the Connexional Office with training responsibilities and is helping to implement the MCSL’s strategic plan. We also have pastoral responsibilities in the circuits which we are appointed to.
Prior to being in Sierra Leone, Sylvester was a Minister in the South Fylde Circuit - working particularly with Fairhaven, Lytham, Kirkham and Freckleton Methodist Churches; and Rachel worked in the Liverpool District as their District Mission & Evangelism Facilitator.
