Before there was an 𝗘𝘃𝗲, there was an 𝗘𝗱𝗲𝗻.

Before God gave Adam a 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 to steward, He gave him a 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 to sustain.

So ladies, don’t just look for a man who can pursue you…look for a man who can govern himself.

Can he 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 his money, 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 his moods, 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 his commitments and 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 disciplined decisions?

Because before he had the 𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹, he had the 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻.

And if he can’t manage his 𝗘𝗱𝗲𝗻, he may not be ready for his 𝗘𝘃𝗲.

Let it be the month you 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵.

There’s still time to 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱.
Still time to 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲.
Still time to 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲.
Still time for God to do more than you imagined when this year began.

You’re not winding down… you’re launching forward. 🚀

Make this a 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 to 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.
There’s still more year left than you think.

What if the storm 𝗜𝗦 the help?

We love the promise that God is a 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧 help in trouble…but we usually expect His help to feel like relief.

Jonah discovered that sometimes God’s 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 comes disguised as a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱.

The storm 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗱 him, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 him and ultimately 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 him.

Because not every storm comes to 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗸 you.
Some storms come to 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 you.

Sometimes God changes your 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Other times, He sends a situation to change 𝗬𝗢𝗨…”

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 isn’t about being 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗗 or being 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗. It’s about being 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗.

There’s nothing wrong with being liked, and there’s certainly nothing wrong with being respected. The danger is when either becomes the objective of your leadership.

If your goal is to be liked, you’ll be tempted to avoid confrontation, correction and difficult conversations with people.

If your goal is to be respected, you can become aloof, absent and inaccessible ….creating distance to protect an image and preserve a mystique.

But great leadership requires something deeper: 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧.

People can 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 with your 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 and still trust your 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Being liked is good.
Being respected is important.
But being trusted is imperative.

Because trust is built through 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 and 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

“…𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 requires 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, and Discipleship requires 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.

We often want God to develop our lives without disciplining our lifestyles.

But growth isn’t just about what you 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 …sometimes the greatest evidence of growth is what you 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

Paul said, “When I became a man, I put away childish things.” 1 Corinthians 13:11

Notice, he didn’t say everything just disappeared. Some things had to be put away.

That’s discipline.

Some patterns have to be broken.
Some behaviours have to be buried.
Some habits have to be halted.

Because you can’t develop into who you’re becoming while remaining devoted to who you used to be.

If you’re asking God for 𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘, make sure you’re developing the discipline required to carry it.

One of the greatest mistakes we make in relationships is 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 at a 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 that trust hasn’t yet 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱.

I call it the 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲

When you exchange money, you want to know what your currency is worth before you hand it over. Vulnerability deserves the same wisdom.

Don’t exchange £100 of revelation for £10 of relationship.

*Match disclosure with disclosure.
*Match openness with openness.
*Match vulnerability with verified trust.

You can be 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 without giving everybody 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Because wisdom doesn’t stop you from being vulnerable….it teaches you where, when and with whom to be vulnerable.

Before you increase the revelation, evaluate the relationship.

Become who you’re 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 is 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿.

We often spend so much time 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 what we 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲 that we forget to 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 what we +possess.

You want 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿?
Cultivate it.
You want 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆? Demonstrate it.
You want *𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? Practise it.

Don’t just ask, “Are they right for me?”
Ask, “Am I becoming right for them?”

Because when you become who you’re looking for is looking for, you don’t just find somebody….you find your 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵.

And when the right 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 meet, they create 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲. 🔥❤️

🌧️ Before there’s 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from heaven, there must be 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 on earth.

Don’t just 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆 for the rain 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 for the rain.
Heaven may send it, but you’ve got to be ready to receive it. 🙏🏽

‘…I can’t believe this is still a faith conversation in our generation… but the anointing doesn’t come on 𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀…it comes upon those God chooses.

When heaven has given its 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, humanity has no right to impose a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Don’t let human 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 interfere with divine 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

When God says, “Go,” nobody has the authority to tell 𝗵𝗲𝗿, “No.”
