“I have truly been mothered in this community — a community that nurtures, cares, loves deeply, and consistently looks out for me.

It has been 5 years of access, 4 years of building capacity, 4 years of belonging, and 4 years of nurturing the seeds that were deposited in me — birthing and grooming them with care, knowledge, expertise, and love.

There are so many things I could highlight about this journey: the depth, the quality, and the intentionality of the training. But one thing stands out most to me — just like healthy mothers do, this community prioritizes making sure we stay healthy, so that we can have lasting impact on the paths God has set before us.

This is community, and this is church.”

✨ Testimony from Pippa ✨

“This year in Prophets Rising, I’ve had a mental and emotional reset in how I see myself because of the way God has been working through the school. That’s come through prophecies from students, the inner work we’ve been doing, and the ways God has simply shown up in my life.

At the graduation gathering last year, Lisa Eisses spoke over me: ‘Books, books, and more books.’ Later, when we began the writing project this term and were asked to write just a couple of paragraphs, I struggled to keep it to only paragraphs. After that assignment, I knew exactly what my writing project was meant to be about.

At the March gathering, God absolutely lavished His love on me. I had encouraging words spoken over me before we even travelled there. There was a birthday cake waiting for me on the Friday, and throughout the weekend my favourite worship songs kept being played.

During our year-group prophecies, I received a word that this was my season — and I’ve already seen that begin to unfold through things like my house move and God’s provision. The situation had looked impossible because of how I was personally affected by the renters’ rights bill in the UK, but God revealed His plan and showed me that when I move, it will be into my forever home.

God has been working deeply in me, helping me to see myself through His eyes. I’m beginning to break free from the poverty spirit I had partnered with for a long time. I’m starting to feel confident in myself again and hopeful about life.”

💙 We are so grateful for the transformation, healing, and identity breakthroughs happening within Prophets Rising as people encounter God’s love and step into who He created them to be.
